Kind Rehabilitation is a Physical- and Occupational Therapist-owned private practice that started in Colorado in 2020. We are growing rapidly, and we are seeking per diem Occupational Therapists who will grow with us as a family. We provide Mobile Outpatient PT and OT for seniors in their homes, or other community-based dwellings. We strive to provide our clients with excellent quality one-on-one care, treating them with respect and compassion while providing PT and OT to optimize their recovery.
Our work environment includes:
Flexible working hours - we understand life is not all work but need to make it work.
Autonomy to practice your skill sets and be creative and resourceful as you bring personalized treatments to your patients.
We provide support and training if needed to get to know the system and how everything works.
We are looking for an occupational therapist with at least 2-3 years of experience as an OT, ideally with training or certification in the areas of Geriatrics, Orthopedics and/or Neurorehabilitation. Experience as an outpatient therapist or Home Health therapist is ideal.
We are looking for someone who wants to do things differently. We provide that extra compassion and support that is so sorely lacking in seniors’ lives - that is how we have built an excellent reputation in the senior care field. We are different from traditional homecare: our clients do not need to be homebound, and we can make long term relationships with our clients. We can often serve them for extended plans of care, and accompany them and their families throughout the span of their older adulthood.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working both Independently and cooperatively. As a member of Kind’s mobile rehab team, you will be expected to coordinate your own schedule, follow up with your patients, their families and medical care teams as needed, but also support your fellow team members and help out as needs arise.
Per diem position available immediately, with a large caseload available.
